Our Lil Arrow staff are trained & educated in the proper ways to care for children as well as keep them safe by using the best practices. All teachers are required to Obtain Early Childhood Credentials at minimum and or a 2year degree in an Educational Program. All staff are required to have First Aid & CPR certification, Sid’s, Playground & Safety and various other trainings. All staff are required to take additional trainings periodically. We value being properly educated and doing things the right way. We have a young and youthful staff which makes everyday at our center fun and entertaining. Our mission and goal at all times is to provide care on point like an arrow.
